In accordance with Google Play data safety policies, you have full authority to request permanent deletion of your account, menstrual cycle history, and logged health records.

How Your Account is Identified & How to Delete

Your account, profile information, and synced menstrual records are identified using your registered email address or mobile phone number. You can request permanent server-side deletion either directly inside the mobile app or by submitting the web deletion request form below.

Open the Period Tracker app on your Android or iOS device.
Tap Settings (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
Scroll to bottom of the screen.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

3. Scope of Data Deletion

What Data is Deleted vs. Retained

We respect your right to complete reproductive privacy. When your deletion request is processed, the following data categories are treated as described:

Data Permanently & Irreversibly Deleted:

•Account Credentials: Name, registered email address, phone number, and authentication tokens.
•Cycle History: All period dates, cycle lengths, flow volume, and calendar history.
•Ovulation & Fertility: Fertile window calculations, OPK tests, and basal body temperature (BBT) logs.
•Symptoms & Mood: Cramp logs, headaches, acne, mood changes, water intake, and weight entries.
•Cloud Backups: All remote synchronization files and database entries tied to your user ID.
•Device Tokens: Push notification tokens and custom app settings.

Data That May Be Retained & Legal Justification:

Financial / In-App Purchase Records: If you purchased a premium subscription, transactional receipts (purchase date, transaction ID, currency) are retained solely for mandatory tax, accounting, and anti-fraud statutory compliance under applicable corporate laws.
Important Subscription Notice: Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel active renewals in your Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions menu or Apple ID Settings.
De-identified Telemetry: Aggregated, non-personal crash analytics that contain zero health information and cannot be linked back to any individual identity.

4. Deletion Processing Timeline

Data Deletion Completed Within 30 to 45 Working Days

Upon submitting the account deletion request below, our security and compliance team will verify your account credentials. All associated personal records, cycle history, and cloud database backups will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our active systems and storage within 30 to 45 working days.

⚠️ Action is Irreversible: Once purged, your historical menstrual data cannot be recovered.
